What we need from you

The documents behind an accurate report

  • Container numbers
  • Air waybill (AWB) numbers
  • Invoice numbers
  • Packing list

The more detail you send, the more precise the report.

Reports split the way you work

By grower, category, commodity or count

We can break a report down by grower, category, commodity or count (fruit per box). This needs the packing list, so please send it with the other documents.

Receiving your reports

Two ways to get your reports

A

Client portal access

See every report at any time, with its photos. Export inspection data to Excel: pick the commodity template, choose a start and end date, and download. Then filter by grower, product, variety or category.

Client login

B

Email delivery

Each report is emailed to you as soon as it's ready, within 24 hours of the inspection.

Questions

Common questions

How quickly will I get the report?

Within 24 hours of the inspection.

Can I share the report with my grower or buyer?

Yes. Reports are written so you can forward them to growers, suppliers, buyers or insurers.

What if I don't have a packing list?

We can still inspect and report on the shipment. Splitting the report by grower, category, commodity or count needs the packing list.

How much does an inspection cost?

It depends on the location, the number of lines and how you want to receive reports. Request a quote and we'll reply with a price.
